The aesthetics side of this clinic feels a need to charge $50 for a missed appointment even if the reason is an emergency. Not only is this greedy but this habit demonstrates poor customer relations and disregard for patrons who may have had an intent to be a regular. I come from a family that includes medical doctors who all have the common sense to know not to treat their patients with such disregard since they do, after all, live in the same community as their patients. As a result of their respect, their patients obviously keep coming back and often refer others to the practice increasing the size of the practice.
The medical side of this clinic is, however, the complete opposite with regards to their professionalism and care.
I live an hour from the office so I left early to run other errands. I was finished and went to my appt a little over an hour early. The lady at the front desk is so kind. They got me in right away.The Nurse and Dr.s are very nice. I know when your going it is sometimes for scary stuff and their kindness is so helpful. Great staff I would highly suggest you try them if you ever need to go. I know you will be grateful as well, with the service they provide.
I absolutely love Aspen Dermatology! They have been my go-to for several years now and I am always blown away at the exceptional care and concern they give me. So individualized. Brian has been a life changer with the treatment plans he provides.
I can say without a doubt that when I enter Aspen Dermatology, I get the best service. The assistants are very good at there job. I always have a great experience every time I visit. Dr Gasser is very helpful. He has such a great way of being friendly and compassionate. He understands exactly what the issue is with my diagnosis. He explains everything in a way that I can understand. It's always a pleasure for me to get the best treatment while I'm there. Thank you. I really appreciate all of your help.
Lindsey was wonderful! She was very thorough and made sure all of my questions were answered! The front desk secretaries were super friendly and kind. Ammon, the medical assistant was very nice and made me feel comfortable. Great experience!
Aspen is a great place to go, they have a friendly staff and nice office setting. They always make you feel comfortable and Dr. Eyre is nice and knowledgeable. He is thorough and provides a great level of care. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
I got the Miradry treatment. The process was so easy and Mikki was so attentive and was great in helping me feel comfortable through the whole procedure.
As a melanoma survivor I visit Aspen Dermatology atleast once a year for my annual full-body skin check. I am so grateful for their attention to detail, professionalism, and care from the doctors, nurses, and entire office staff. They are all patient and kind and I never feel uncomfortable. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
